How it Works

We create “Now Hiring” podcast episodes that showcase your company, engineering challenges, culture, and interview process. These episodes are then shared with potential candidates. For remote roles, candidates are asked to respond with why the role resonates with them.

Why It Works

When hiring remotely, hiring managers are often overwhelmed with hundreds of potentially qualified applicants in the last two years. It is not feasible to speak with everyone who meets the requirements.

After conducting thousands of interviews, we’ve learned that combining written communication (candidate responses) with verbal interaction (podcast-style storytelling) helps define and narrow down top candidates efficiently.
